Dashboard Warning Lights

Engine Management

This light indicates that there is a problem or fault within the running of your engine or the emissions of your vehicle. Full diagnostics will be required in order to determine the cause of this light. If this light it flashing then it indicates that there is a major fault and immediate action is required.

Battery

The battery warning light indicates that there is a potential issue with the charging system. This will need immediate attention as it will have a huge impact on your car, including the ability to start the engine. Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

Engine Cooling

This light indicates that your engine could be overheating. This could be through a low coolant level or even as a result of a fault within the cooling system itself.

Air Bag

Oil Warning Light

If your oil warning light is YELLOW it means that you car oil level is low. You will need to top up with the correct oil as soon as possible.

If your oil warning light is RED then your oil pressure is low. This can do major damage to your engine! Your vehicle should NOT be driven if this light is showing.

Oil warning lights on Alfa Romeo vehicles may flash. This is an indication that your oil quality is poor.
